Job Description
As a Partner Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our resellers and distribution partners. You will build strong relationships, support partners throughout the sales process, ensure they have the right knowledge and tools, and actively help them grow their business. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to strengthen our partner network and generate new business opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Manage, support, and further develop our reseller and partner channels.
- Actively guide partners during sales opportunities, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Gather market intelligence and identify business opportunities through partners.
- Support the preparation of quotations, price lists, product documentation, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate partner training sessions, certification programs, and product updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide partners with marketing materials, campaigns, visual assets, and event support.
- Conduct regular partner business reviews, forecast discussions, and target follow-ups.
- Identify and recruit new resellers and partners both domestically and internationally.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in channel/partner management, B2B sales, account management.
- Experience in technology, security, telecommunications, or other high-tech industries is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and at least one other European language. Additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of building strong, trusted relationships.
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in an international environment and willing to travel occasionally.
